For me, and a lot of clients, the first week is very energetic and you're constantly getting random things done because you can. But be careful. I asked my psych not to give me Rittalin/boosters because I have an addictive personality. I'll get caught going "Hmm, it's not as good as it was the first month - I must need more" But "normal" to me seems like doing what you say you'll do. Garlic Chilli Udon noodles 403 calories | 35g protein |serves 3 Ingredients: - 400 g Trident Authentic Udon Noodles - 300 g Chicken Breast (Woolworths) - 20 g Crushed Garlic (Just Garlic) - 200 g Broccolini - 1 Large Carrot - 1 Red Pepper - 0.5 Whole Onion - 0.5 tablespoon Sesame Oil - 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce (Dragon) - 3 tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce (Tesco) -1 tsp sweet soy sauce -1 tsp sweetener -chilli flakes Method: 1. Begin by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Add the Trident Authentic Udon Noodles and cook for a few minutes until tender. Once cooked, drain and set aside. 2. In a pan, heat a small amount of sesame oil over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic, chopped onion, and lean chicken breast, cooking until the chicken is browned and cooked through. 3. Chop the broccolini, carrot, and red pepper into bite-sized pieces, then add them to the pan. Add a dash of water and Stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender. 4. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, sweet soy sauce, 1/4 cup water, chilli and sweetener. Pour this sauce over the chicken and vegetables, mixing well. 5. Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan, tossing everything together until the noodles are coated in the sauce and heated through. 6. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and clings to the noodles. 7. Creamy Parmesan Chicken Risotto For the risotto: - 150g dried risotto rice - 1 diced shallot - 3 crushed garlic cloves - Pinch of salt & pepper - 1tsp chilli flakes - 70ml reduced fat cream - 15g parmesan - 40g sundried tomatoes - 700ml chicken stock For the chicken: - Tsp aromat, Cajun & chicken seasoning Add the seasoning to your chicken, then cook this in a frying pan for 2 mins each side, until it has golden brown sear, then finish cooking in the air fryer or oven. In the same pan fry the shallot until it’s soft (do this over a medium/ low heat so it doesn’t burn). Once soft, add in the garlic and orzo and gently fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add in your chicken stock slowly, adding a bit at a time until all the liquid has absorbed. Once the risotto is almost done, stir through the sundried tomatoes. Leave for another minute or so and then finally add in the cream & parmsean. Scatter over the parsley before serving. Before you know it, you start feeling: ❌ Parched & lethargic ❌ Weak body, tired mind ❌ Low energy for work & Ibadah And the worst part? It compounds day by day, getting worse instead of better.
