But you don’t have to.. . 2. LIFT WITH QUALITY REPS OVER WEIGHT!-Do you need to lift a “Heavier weight” yes you do….Just not the HEAVIEST WEIGHT..your control of how you move the weight is more important for hypertrophy… . 3. Legs & Glutes 2xs a week - you do NOT need to overtrain your glutes cause then you are not adding to glutes your are continuously damaging the glutes by not allowing them to heal properly….more is not always better… . Last but not least - Mind your d*mn business & drink your water 💦 .
