I am working on my pho recipe to eventually have a pho party Q1 of this year. Tried out using beef shanks and a pho cube today. I usually use no cube and beef short rib instead of shanks.
I’m working on my pho recipe to have a pho party at the end of February. I ran out of Thai basil, but this was my best broth so far. I think I prefer adding the fish sauce at the end instead of the beginning. Do any of y’all know a good vegan pho recipe?
I am working on my pho recipe to eventually have a pho party Q1 of this year. I want to have options so I decided to try making Pho Ga this week instead of beef pho.
My mother and I were going to see the black nativity musical with my girlfriend and some friends. She has just started going out more so she was a little self considere conscious picking out an outfit. 🙏🏿
I am working on my pho recipe to eventually have a pho party Q1 of this year. By popular request I used oxtail this time, but y’all this cut is EXPENSIVE. If you are using this every time you must have MONEY haha. I can’t lie and say this wasn’t the best broth and overall pho I’ve made so far though. I know y’all keep talking to me about not adding the basil. Sometimes I just don’t feel like basil honestly haha.
My girlfriend was sick and I didn’t trust the roads so I decided to just walk to her place instead of drive. It was only about an hour walk and I needed to get some fresh air anyways. I hope those of you in Atlanta that were in the “snowstorm” (I’m from Kansas), and all around the world are keeping yourself safe 🙏🏿

I am working on my pho recipe to eventually throw a pho party towards the end of Q1 this year. One person that’s potentially coming to the party is vegan so I wanted to work on a recipe to accommodate just in case they decided to pull up. I think I have finalized my recipes so starting next week I’m going to walk y’all through each one and leave it written in the caption. (Beef, chicken, and vegan) Thank you to all those that have asked for your patience.
