High protein and low calorie McChicken 295 cals per burger | 43g protein | Serves 4 Ingredients - 400g lean ground chicken - 1 tbsp mustard - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp cayenne (optional, if sensitive to spice) - 2 tsp garlic powder - 2 tsp onion powder - Salt and pepper to taste - 1/2 cup corn flakes - blended - Low-calorie high protein burger buns (better buns) - 1 tbsp light mayo per burger - Lettuce for serving Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix the lean ground chicken with half of all the spices (mustard, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper). 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties. 3. Mix the remaining spices with the cornflake mixture 3. Coat each patty in the cornflake mixture. 4. Place the patties in an air fryer and spray lightly with cooking spray. 5. Garlic Chilli Udon noodles 403 calories | 35g protein |serves 3 Ingredients: - 400 g Trident Authentic Udon Noodles - 300 g Chicken Breast (Woolworths) - 20 g Crushed Garlic (Just Garlic) - 200 g Broccolini - 1 Large Carrot - 1 Red Pepper - 0.5 Whole Onion - 0.5 tablespoon Sesame Oil - 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce (Dragon) - 3 tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce (Tesco) -1 tsp sweet soy sauce -1 tsp sweetener -chilli flakes Method: 1. Begin by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Add the Trident Authentic Udon Noodles and cook for a few minutes until tender. Once cooked, drain and set aside. 2. In a pan, heat a small amount of sesame oil over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic, chopped onion, and lean chicken breast, cooking until the chicken is browned and cooked through. 3. Chop the broccolini, carrot, and red pepper into bite-sized pieces, then add them to the pan. Add a dash of water and Stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender. 4. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, sweet soy sauce, 1/4 cup water, chilli and sweetener. Pour this sauce over the chicken and vegetables, mixing well. 5. Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan, tossing everything together until the noodles are coated in the sauce and heated through. 6. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and clings to the noodles. 7. This hands down is one of the nicest meals I've ever made 😍 464 cals | 31g protein | serves 3 - 300g chicken, diced - 1/2 onion, chopped - 1 cup mushrooms, sliced - 1 spring onion , chopped - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter (plain or chunky) -2tsp sweetener - 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tsp sesame oil - 2 tbsp water - Squeeze of lime juice - 150g of egg noodles 1. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, vinegar, chilli and sweetener 2. Cook your noodles according to package instructions or until chewy to your liking. 3. In a pan, cook the sliced chicken until it's no longer pink, then add the sliced onions and mushrooms and cook until they're tender. 4. Drain the noodles from the water and immediately add them to the pan. Mix well to coat the noodles evenly. I sometimes still think about some of these moments, and how badly I wanted to shrink and disappear. But you are stronger than all the noise! I get that sometime choices we make by the end of the day don’t reflect our goals and plan. And that’s perfectly okay! You are only human girl, it happens to everyone. I’ve faced those struggles too. There were times when my actions didn’t align with my goals. It felt like my body was in constant conflict with my mind, and I eventually hit a breaking point. I know how loud those thoughts, cravings, and feelings can be—they consumed me. But if you keep pushing through and refuse to give up, those urges will start to vanish, and you’ll find your sense of control. The only way that you can fail at this is if you give up.. You can eat pretty much anything and still lose weight as long as you’re in a calorie deficit. But, "BRITTANY NUTRITION MATTERS," but so does keeping your mental health in check. I'm not saying you should chow down on a McDonald's cheeseburger every day just because it fits your calorie count. What I mean is, stop cutting out your favorite foods just to lose weight, only to end up going off the rails later. You might need to tweak your portion sizes or grab something higher in protein, but you can absolutely enjoy the foods you love in moderation while staying in a deficit.
