Slowcooker Beef Meatballs, Onions & Gravy 🥔🥩 620 cals served with mash (Serves 4) A real nostalgic flashback dinner for me, after school my Granda would have made this for me and my brother whilst our parents were at work. Ingredients: - 500g of meatballs, you can buy pre rolled or make your own - 2 x onions cut into rings - 2-3 tbsp tomato purée - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard - 1 tsp oregano - 1 tsp onion granules - 3 crushed garlic cloves - Salt and pepper - 400ml of beef stock - 2 tbsp bistro gravy powder with 50ml water Method: 1. Cook your meatballs for a few minutes on the pan to brown, add to your slowcooker 2. Fry the onions on the same pan including the juices from the meatballs, then add this to the slowcooker with all other ingredients 3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 4. Slowcooker Creamy Mustard Pulled Ham This recipe reminds me of my childhood. My mum would always make this, so easy to make, full recipe below. If you want seriously easy Slowcooker recipes then preorder my Six Ingredient Slowcooker book for £10, it’s out Dec 5th 📕 Ingredients:  ⁠- 1kg gammon minimum  (Steep overnight before cooking to remove salt) ⁠- 500ml of chicken stock or cider   For the creamy parsley sauce:  - 600ml milk  - 50g butter   - 35g plain flour - 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard   - Handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped  - Pepper   Method:  1. Place the gammon into the slow cooker with 500ml of chicken stock and cook on high for 6-8 hours. 
 2. Remove the gammon from the slow cooker and shred  
 3. Add your butter to a medium heat, then add your flour to make a paste. Gradually add the milk, one tablespoon of mustard, fresh parsley, black pepper and mix until you reach your desired consistency. Feel free to add more milk if it's too thick. 

Serve the shredded ham with some mashed potato, garden peas and that gorgeous parsley sauce. Slowcooker Terry’s Chocolate Fondant🍊🍫 Possibly the world’s LARGEST chocolate fondant in a Slowcooker using just SIX INGREDIENTS. For more Six Ingredient Slowcooker recipes I’ve a full book of them out 5th Dec and it’s half price on preorder at £10!! 📕   Serves 6  (Unlikely though I had two servings) Ingredients:  - 100g butter, softened  - 300g soft light brown sugar  - 4 eggs, beaten  - 250g self-raising flour  - 20g cocoa powder  - Terry's Chocolate Orange Ball (157g) Method:  1. Firstly, grease your slow cooker with some butter.
 2. Sift your flour and cocoa powder into a large bowl, and add 150g of your brown sugar, 4 eggs and 100g melted butter. Mix using whisk until well combined. Add 3-4 tbsp of water to help loosen the consistency. 
 3. Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker and add 100g of Terry's chocolate orange pieces inside the mixture. 
 4. Melt the remaining 57g of chocolate and mix with the remaining 150g of sugar and 275ml of boiling water in a jug. Pour the chocolate liquid all over the cake, cover the slow cooker with a clean tea towel and place on the lid, then cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4-5 hours.
 5. You can add more Terry's Chocolate Orange for decoration. Serve hot (and with ice cream!) Air Fryer Camembert Pumpkin 🎃 Melted cheese inside puff pastry with crackers and chutney, what’s not to love. This is inspired by the mega talented @amysheppardfood and it’s definitely one you’ll make time and time again, especially when hosting. Ingredients: Camembert wheel   - 4-5 slices of prosciutto - 1 sheet puff pastry - 2 tbsp chutney (your choice) - 1 beaten egg   - Sprig of rosemary - Your favourite crackers (for dipping) Method: 1. Open your camembert wheel and wrap in slices of prosciutto, making sure it’s fully covered. 
 2. Roll out your puff pastry and cut the edges off. Place some chutney in the middle of the puff pastry and set your wrapped camembert on top. Add another tablespoon of chutney on top, then wrap the camembert in the pastry. 
 3. To create the pumpkin shape, I used four pieces of string tied at the bottom, which slightly indented the pastry
 4. Once done, brush some beaten egg over the pastry then air fry for 20 minutes at 190. Enjoy 😊

Slow Cooker Honey Sriracha Chicken 🍯 (Serves 4 , 280 Calories) Perfect for cutting corners and saves so much prep time, but it still wows on taste. I prefer to seal the chicken before slow-cooking it, for extra flavour, but you can skip this step. Flour & Oil is not considered as an ingredient in the cookery world before the trolls come 🤪 Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts, whole 6 tbsp sriracha 4 tbsp honey juice of 1 lemon 3 garlic cloves, grated 1 tbsp dark soy sauce Method: 1. Coat the chicken breasts all over in 1 tablespoon of cornflour, then pan-fry over a medium heat in 1 tablespoon of hot oil for 2 minutes, or until golden on both sides. 2. Transfer the chicken to the slow cooker with all the other ingredients. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8hours. Airfryer Raising Canes 🍟   Everywhere I look I’m seeing chicken dipped into cups of sauce. I’ve put my own spin on the viral raising canes sauce and crunchy ‘fried chicken’. ENJOY!   Ingredients: - 4 chicken breasts, cut into long strips - 1 tbsp garlic powder - 1 tbsp Cajun or paprika - Salt and pepper   Coat chicken in: - 1 egg - 150g cornflakes, crushed   For the sauce:   - 150g mayonnaise - 90g ketchup - 1.5 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 3 cloves fresh grated garlic or 1-2 teaspoons garlic powder - 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper - Salt - 1/2 tsp Cajun   For the texas toast: 1 loaf brioche bread 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 teaspoon salt   Method:   1. Coat the chicken in the spices, then beaten egg and then your crushed cornflakes. 2. Repeat the process for all chicken strips then coat in some low-calorie cooking spray and air fry for 12-14 minutes at 190. I decided to add some frozen crinkle cut fries to the air fryer too.  
 3. While that's cooking, prepare your raising canes sauce by mixing the ingredients above together. 
 4. You can also make your own Texas toast by cutting some brioche loaf into slices and frying in some butter and salt.   When done, serve everything together... who said you need to travel to the US to get your fix!

If you are slowcooker obsessed my new SIX INGREDIENT SLOWCOOKER BOOK IS £10 ON PREORDER 📕 Ingredients - 400g of chicken breast - 300g of mushrooms halved - 2 leeks - Salt & pepper - Fresh thyme 🍃 - 3 crushed garlic cloves - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard - 1 tsp nutmeg - Salt and pepper - 2 tbsp crème fraiche or cream - 1 bay leaf - 450ml of chicken stock - 1 egg - 1 sheet of ready roll puff pastry - 1 small Rosemary sprig - 1 heaped tbsp cornflour to thicken sauce Method 1. Add all ingredients to the slowcooker except the pastry, egg, rosemary and crème fraiche 2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 if out all day then stir in the crème fraiche 3. Put your slowcooker lid on top of the pastry, cut round it and set it on top of your pie filling. Egg wash, add rosemary and bake in the oven (just the ceramic pot without lid) for 20-25 mins at 200. Airfryer XXL Fries 🍟      No description needed, they’re just big chips and you need to make them! So crispy and perfect with your favourite dipping sauce and salt.   Ingredients:       - 2-3 large potatoes   - 60g of cornflour    - Salt and pepper to taste   - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning - 1-2 tbsp of rapeseed oil   Method:     1. Boil peeled and cut potatoes until fork-tender (around 15-20 minutes).     2. Drain, dry, and mash your potatoes. Once mashed, add your Cajun seasoning, some salt, pepper and cornflour.     3. Flatten mixture on parchment paper, using a rolling pin and roll until 1cm thick.     4. Cut into long strips (around 1cm) your mixture should make around 10-14 fries.    5. Brush with rapeseed oil, then pop into the airfryer for 15-20 minutes until nice and crispy. Be sure to flip halfway.     6 Serve with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy. Slowcooker Leek & Pancetta Risotto I've teamed up with @philadelphia_uki to create the ultimate comfort food. This delicious, rich risotto will be a go-to of mine for some time after trying this. It’s so so good. Serves 4  504 Calories Ingredients:  - 2-3 leeks, finely chopped  - 120g pancetta, chopped  - 1 onion, finely chopped  - 1 tbsp butter  - 2 garlic cloves, minced  - 300g risotto rice  - 1.1L chicken stock  - 2-3 tbsp Philadelphia Garlic & Herb - 2-3 tbsp parmesan  - Salt and pepper  - Fresh thyme Method: 1. Finely chop your onions, leek and pancetta. Fry your pancetta until nice and crispy then add 1 tbsp of butter to the hot pan. Add your onions then your leeks and fry until sauteed (around 2-3 minutes). 2. Add your onions, leeks and pancetta to the slow cooker along with all the ingredients above apart from the garlic & herb Philadelphia, parmesan and fresh thyme and cook on low for 90 mins. 3. When done, add 2-3 tbsp Philadelphia Garlic & Herb for extra creaminess and cook for a further 10 mins. 4. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan and some fresh thyme and enjoy 😊

Dice the baby potatoes into small chunks and chop the onion, then place them in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and add fresh rosemary.  Then pop your potato mixture into the air fryer basket or oven tray and add your sausages on top.
 2. Create your honey mustard dressing by mixing all the ingredients above and pour over the sausage & potato mix, making sure everything is evenly coated
 3. Airfry for 20-25 minutes at 190 giving it a shake halfway through and turning the sausages so they cook evenly both sides

Slowcooker Spiced Sweet Potato & Halloumi Soup 🥣 ( Serves 6, 349 Calories)    Using just 6 ingredients this time and money saving soup is a go to for meal prep or feeding the family. I have a full book of Six Ingredient Slowcooker recipes, out 5th Dec and it’s £10 on preorder, so go preorder 💙   Ingredients:  - 1.2kg sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks  - 4 tbsp curry paste of your choice, or a few tbsp curry powder  - 1 onion, sliced  - 2 carrots, peeled and roughly chopped  - 3 garlic cloves, crushed  - 1 x 250g block of reduced-fat halloumi, sliced or cubed  - 1.2L water or stock (Water is fine as the curry paste will do the flavour heavy lifting) - Salt and pepper   Method:  1. To the slow cooker add all the ingredients, except the halloumi. Add 1.2 litres of boiling water or stock, then cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours. Once cooked, blitz in the slow cooker with a hand blender until smooth and season with salt and pepper.  2. Pan-fry or air-fry the halloumi until golden all over, then scatter the halloumi pieces like croutons over the soup in bowls to serve. SlowCooker Marry Me Chicken Stew 🍗 (Serves 5-6) If you love a good stew and marry chicken then let’s combine them into a gorgeous creamy potato and chicken stew. For Slowcooker recipes that’ll change your LIFE, Preorder 6 ingredient slowcooker Ingredients:  - 3-4 chicken breasts  - 4-5 potatoes, peeled and quartered  - 1.2L chicken stock  - 400ml (one tin) passata   - 1 tbsp red pesto  - 1 tsp garlic puree  - 1 onion, finely chopped  - 1 tbsp paprika  - 1 tsp Cajun  - 1 tsp oregano  - 1 tsp thyme  - 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme  - 250ml double cream (or cream cheese)  - Handful of sundried tomatoes  - Handful of basil (or spinach)   - 1-2 tbsp parmesan   Method:  1. Mix together your dry seasonings (paprika, cajun, oregano and thyme) and coat the chicken. Panfry for 2-3 minutes on each side then add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker apart from the basil, parmesan and cream.  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours, season with salt and pepper 3. Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts and shred, then add your cream, basil, parmesan and more sundried tomatoes if you’d like. Give the stew a good stir then you’re ready to serve.

Slowcooker Beef Curry (Low cal) 🍛🥩 (516 cals a serving including 200g rice) Love a beef curry and this is pure banging. Adding a small touch of peanut butter really elevates the sauce with a whole chilli to give it heat. For life changing easy Slowcooker recipes my new Six Ingredient Slowcooker book is £10 on preorder 📕 Ingredients - 500g beef 🥩 - 1 x onion 🧅 - 1 tsp of peanut butter 🥜 - 1.5 tbsp curry powder - 1 tbsp cumin - 1 tbsp Garam masala - Fresh coriander 🌿 - 1 red chilli 🌶 (no seeds) - 150ml of beef stock - 1 can of chopped tomatoes 🍅 (Sometimes I use coconut milk instead) - 1-2 tbsp of tomato purée 🍅 - Salt and pepper 🧂 - 4-5 garlic cloves (I love garlic) 1. Add everything above to the Slowcooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours, you can also cook on low for 7-8. 2. Chicken & Bean White Chilli 🌶️  - Serves 4  279 Calories / 37g of Protein   A chilli is so versatile, you can serve it with rice, tortilla chips or in a wrap. So many possibilities, but my favourite is when you’ve got all the extras to go with it – lime, cheese, and even some soured cream.    Ingredients:   - 4 chicken breasts whole - 1 onion, finely diced  - 2 fresh jalapeños, chopped   - 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning  - 400g tin of white beans, such as butter or cannellini, drained and rinsed  - 150g light soft cream cheese    Method:    1. Add all the ingredients, except the cream cheese, to the slow cooker. Add 250ml of boiling water or if you want chicken stock, season with salt and pepper and cook on high for 3 + hours or low for 6 -7 +hours.  2. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the slow cooker to a plate and shred with two forks.  3. Season the sauce and stir through the cream cheese. Add the chicken back in and heat for 10–15 more minutes to warm through.  4. Serve immediately with your choice of sides, feel free to garnish with coriander and lime wedges.
