This monitors the water entering your house so if you’re gone and it detects water being used, it will automatically shut off. You can also monitor the water usage. @moeninc 2- Drain pans Get a drain pan under the dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, and most importantly ice makers. Those things are prone to leaking. You can go with a trench drain pan that connects to an in-ground drain line or the old trusty pan that redirects water to the front of the appliance. @Killarneymetals 1 - Smart Devices There’s a ton of smart devices to add to your house but my “can’t live without devices” are: Thermostat - because I’ll be damned if I come home after a trip and my house is a blistering 68 degrees. The other is automatic shades, seriously once you get them you can’t go back. Smartwings are the budget ones I have now even though they’re still pretty pricey. But once I hit it big, I’m going with the Lutron shades, they’re super nice.
