Garlic butter Cajun peri chicken tacos 🥵 41g protein and only 430 calories for 2 tacos each!! 🤯 ‼️ AND if you’re stuck for meal ideas I’ve got 300+ easy recipes, meal plans & shopping lists on my NEW APP!! 🔥 Access all my recipes using the link in my bio 💕 Shopping list ✍️ - 250g Chicken breast, sliced - Salt & pepper - 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning - 80g onion, finely diced - 1/2 Red pepper finely diced - 20g Medium peri marinade - 50g Passata - 40g Shredded mozzarella - 4 Mini tortillas Cajun garlic butter: - Pinch Cajun seasoning - 2 tsp light butter - 1 garlic clove, minced -1/2 tsp fresh parsley, finely diced Method ✨ Season the chicken with salt, pepper and the Cajun seasoning. Spray a pan with oil and fry the onions and peppers for a few mins to soften, then add the chicken until cooked. ✨ Shred the chicken then add back to the pan along with the passata, peri marinade and remaining Cajun seasoning. Dip one side of the mini tortillas wraps into the sauce then set aside. ✨ Remove everything from the pan, add the tortilla back in, coated side down, then add the filling along with the mozzarella. Fold over and fry for a few mins each side. ✨Add all the garlic butter ingredients to a small bowl and microwave for 10-15 seconds. 30 DAYS OF HEALTHY 20 MINUTE RECIPES Day 2| Greek chicken & tzatziki salad bowls Here’s a super quick & easy meal prep recipe FULL of protein but only 341 calories! ‼️ AND if you’re stuck for quick meal ideas I’ve got 300+ easy recipes, meal plans & shopping lists on my NEW APP!! 🔥 Link in my bio 💕 Macros 341 calories 50gP / 6gF / 23gC Serves: 2  Shopping list ✍️ - 250g chicken breast - 1 tsp paprika - 2 tsp oregano - 1/2 tsp cumin - Salt & pepper - 1 tsp minced garlic - Squeeze lemon juice - 1 heaped tbsp Greek yogurt - 60g flatbread, sliced into tortillas For the tzatziki: - 200g 0% fat Greek yogurt - 1 tsp Minced garlic - 1 inch Cucumber, grated and drained - 1 tsp Olive oil - Salt, to taste For the salad: - 10 Cherry tomatoes, diced - 1 inch Cucumber, diced - 15g Red onion, diced - 2 handfuls Lettuce, sliced Method Butterfly the chicken breast then slice all the way through. Marinade with all the spices, yoghurt, lemon and garlic. Fry in a pan sprayed with oil for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked, spraying with more oil halfway then leave to rest before slicing. For the salad simply mix everything together in a small bowl, same for the tzatziki. For the flatbread just spray with oil and a pinch of salt, then air fry on 200C for a few minutes or until crispy. Shredded sweet chilli chicken flatbread 🥵 She was a BANGER and only 511 calories per serving 🤌 ‼️ AND if you’re stuck for meal ideas I’ve got 200+ easy recipes, meal plans & shopping lists on my NEW APP!! 🔥 Access all my recipes using the link in my bio 💕 Macros 511 calories 42gP / 9gF / 62gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ - 250g Chicken breast - 1 tsp Paprika - 1 tsp Garlic granules - Salt & pepper - 4 tbsp Reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce - 1 tsp Soy sauce - 2 80g Flatbread - 2 handfuls Iceberg lettuce, shredded - 120g Skin on fries, cooked Method Butterfly the chicken breasts then slice all the way through, then season with paprika, garlic granules, salt & pepper. Fry in a pan sprayed with oil for 4 mins each side or until cooked then shred using two forks. Cover with 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce then toast your flatbreads. Mount the flatbreads with shredded lettuce, cooked skin on fries then the chicken. Fry in a pan sprayed with oil for 4-5 mins each side or until cooked through, for the last 2 mins add another 2 tsp peri marinade. Assemble the crunch wrap by adding the cheeses first, sliced chicken, salad then the Doritos. Add the minj wrap on top then fold and fry in a pan for a few mins either side until golden. Mix the mayo and 1 tsp of peri marinade together with a tbsp cold water. Lasagna baked tacos 🥵 Bolognese sauce stuffed inside mini tortillas with white sauce and mozzarella 😮‍💨 ‼️ AND if you’re stuck for meal ideas I’ve got 300+ easy recipes, meal plans & shopping lists on my NEW APP!! 🔥 Access all my recipes using the link in my bio 💕 Macros 506 calories 40gP / 18gF / 43gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ - 250g lean beef mince - 1/2 onion, finely diced - 4 mushrooms, finely diced - 1 beef stock cube (add an extra half for beefiness!) - 250g passata - 1 tsp mixed herbs - Pinch garlic granules - A good pinch black pepper - Pinch of sugar - 1 bay leaf - 4 mini tortilla wraps - 80g white sauce (lasagne sauce) - 50g shredded mozzarella (or use light cheddar too for extra flavour!) Optional: Fresh parsley & parmesan Method Fry the onion and mushrooms in low calorie spray for a few minutes to soften then add the beef mince and fry for a further 3-4 mins. Add the rest of the ingredients and 250ml of boiling water. Mix well and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the water has evaporated then remove the bay leaf. Place the bolognese into the 4 tacos (freeze the rest of the bolognese or use for another recipe!) then add a heaped tbsp of white sauce and mozzarella. Fold then place in the air fryer along with another heaped tbsp of white sauce for each taco and gently press the mozzarella into the white sauce to stop it from blowing away! Fry the mince until browned then add the taco seasoning, salsa and crumbled beef stock cube mixing well. Add a dash of boiling water if needed. In a small pan mix the cheese singles with the milk combined and turns into a cheese sauce. Place the beef mixture inside the mini tortilla, fold, place in the air fryer then spread over the nacho cheese sauce. Scatter over crushed tortilla chips and make sure they stick to the cheese.
