FUNFETTI CUPCAKES 🧁🎉 Nutrition (1 cupcake): 91 cals, 12P, 9C, 0.5F Ingredients: (makes 6): -28g ​@pescience vanilla protein powder (discount code FIT15) -20g all purpose flour -14g coconut flour -5g fat free white chocolate pudding mix -10g @swervesweetie monkfruit sweetener -5g baking powder -100g nonfat Greek yogurt -100g egg whites -40g unsweetened applesauce -5g sprinkles Frosting: -25g @pescience vanilla protein powder (discount code FIT15) -20g @swervesweetie powdered sugar -5g fat free white chocolate pudding mix -60g nonfat Greek yogurt -3g sprinkles -1-3 tbsp cold water Directions: -Preheat the oven to 350F -Mix the dry ingredients for the cupcakes together, then add the wet (mix in the sprinkles last) -Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray (can also use liners) and divide batter into 6 -Bake for 15-17 mins, and while that’s baking, mix the ingredients for the frosting together (add the cold water slowly, 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency is reached) -Let the cupcakes cool completely, the frost (I used a frosting bag with tips, can also use a regular ziplock bag) -Top with sprinkles, then enjoy 😍🧁 #highprotein #lowcalorie #macrofriendly #pescience #proteincupcakes #lowcaloriecupcakes
