DIY Christmas centerpiece. 🎄 I used a large bowl, added some water, then added cedar stems and cranberries. Then topped it off with floating candles! I did 5 floating candles to make it extra cozy! I also used real cranberries and real cedar stems. But I found some faux cedar stems that would also look pretty! I am actually getting so ready to start decorating our house for Christmas. Cozy Christmas window styling! 🎄 This is one of my favorite spaces to decorate each year for Christmas! I love seeing the blue evening light come through the windows. It looks so cozy up against the Christmas lights.🎄🎄 I started with some Christmas lights, then added some cedar garland. Then I added some pinecone and berry garland! It’s pre lit and it pairs so nicely with the green garland. It adds just subtle touches of red.😍 Then I added the cozy village in the Christmas window!! Last year I did candle sticks but this year I decided to do the village and love how cozy it looks. Our house exterior renovation is finally complete!🏡…After months of remodeling, it’s done and I can’t get over the difference! Im so in love! What do yall think?!😩😍 This is our forever home so I have dreamed of giving our home some curb appeal for years. We finally did it this year and I’m so excited about how it turned out. Ive been looking at the decor style modern cottage and that’s what I wanted for our home exterior. I wanted cozy while also having modern touches. I also wanted plenty of contrast. So I mixed warm and cool color tones. I did warm wood tones on the door and porch swing, I did a cooler gray stone on the accent areas and around the bottom of the house, and I did a “Greige” siding. The paint color turned out to be a perfect mix between gray and beige! I was so nervous in the beginning though. Picking out paint colors and stone was so intimidating. I also changed my mind about the over all design so many times! I was originally going to just add dormers on the roof and change the shutters to black shutters.. that was the more simple renovation option and it didn’t make me as nervous but then we decided to go all in and completely change the porch roof, siding, door, everything. lol .. Christmas front porch!🎄🎄 I went a little more festive with the porch this year! The plaid rug is one of my favorites to use for Christmas time! The plaid rug also helped me tie in other pops of red! I added red bows on the trees and wreath and then red ornaments in the garland!🎄 I also thought the round pots were so cute for my Christmas trees!! This is from last year but When do you start decorating for Christmas? I typically start a little bit earlier than most so I can share inspiration and ideas with y’all! DY Halloween idea!🎃 This one is so cute and simple for Halloween! My kids loved it lol. Instructions: Cut a pumpkin bucket in half. Cut out the smile out. Cut a small hole in each side of the pumpkin. Pull a zip tie through the hole and tie it to the toilet paper holder. Our toilet paper is only one sided so we just pushed the hole around the other side. That’s it! Traditional Christmas centerpiece!!🎄🎅 I wanted to try some red decor this year and I really love how this one turned out!! All you do is put a slim vase inside of another vase. Pour your ornaments in. Add some Christmas stems and that’s it! I chose to do some pine stems, some berry stems, and some pre lit stems! The pre lit stems make everything more cozy! 🎄🎄 Im planning to decorate my porch this weekend and I can’t wait! It’s simple while still being cozy!🎄 All you do is glue some bottle brush trees to a piece of wood or a tray! I used a piece of wood so I could set it inside the tray. I wanted to be able to use my tray after Christmas! Then once your glue all the trees down, you add fairy lights!
