Adobong Puti (white adobo, no soysauce) 2kg Porkbelly cubes 1.3kg chopped whole chicken 7 bulbs garlic (whole) (skin on, remove roots) 1.5tbsp seasalt 1tsp cracked black pepper 2 sets of 1/2cup red can vinegar 1 cup water 5-10pcs laurel leaves Magic sarap-this is optional some people use this some people dont, if you want to use it then go ahead if you dont want them dont 🫰 For the finishing touch: 1/2 cup oil 2 bulbs minced garlic 1/4 cup white vinegar 1/8 cup knorr seasoning Instructions: 1.sear pork 2.add 1/2 cup vinegar, add pinch of salt and pepper and garlic, cover and let it simmer until vinegar is cooked so you can start mixing 3. Add 1/2cup or 1 cup water, simmer until pork is alittle tender. 4. Add chicken on top, pepper, salt, garlic and 1/2 of vinegar again.cover and Simmer until vinegar is cooked then mix to make sure chicken is at the buttom. 5. Add water again if needed, mash the garlic in the pan to release sweet garlic flavor. Add laurel leaves, mix and set aside 6. In another pan add oil and a tbsp of minced garlic sweat it alittle then Scoop some cooked adobong puti and add sauce slowly, let it thicken and coat the meat, set aside and repeat the process until you only have one batch left. 7. Last batch of garlic fry until golden and add last batch of adobo mix and set aside. 8. In the same frying pan add oil, deglaze 1/4cup vinegar and 1/8cup knorr seasonin, pour into the adobo mixture, mix and place in the chiller overnight and eat tomorrow 😘 -this step is just my eme-you know eme?
