Mac & Cheese Chicken Parm 🤩 the adult version of boxed mac and chicken nuggets if you will 😂 RECIPE ⬇️ 1. Cook 1/2 lb pasta in salted water until al dente. Save a cup of pasta water. 2. Next, put 1 cup flour, salt, pepper & garlic powder to one dish. 1 cup of breadcrumbs to another. And 2 scrambled eggs in a bowl. 3. Dunk 2 thin chicken breasts in flour, egg and then the breadcrumbs. 4. Then, add 2 cups of veggie oil to a pan. When it’s heated, add your chicken and cook until it’s crispy and brown on both sides. 5. After, melt 4 tbsp butter in another pan. Then add 4 cloves minced garlic. Cook until fragrant 6. Season with salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder and parsley. Then add 2 cups heavy cream & lower the heat. Mix in 1 cup cheddar, 3/4 cup of parmesan, 1/2 a cup of mozzarella. Optional* add a handful of velveeta for extra creaminess. Mix well. 7. After, add a spoonful of cheese sauce to each piece of chicken and then top with mozzarella. Gochujang Mac & Cheese 😍 Gochujang is a Korean fermented red pepper paste that is soo good with pasta! I got mine & this pasta at Trader Joe’s :) RECIPE ⬇️ 1. First, cook 1/2lb of pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water 2. Next, add 3 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add 3 cloves of minced garlic. Cook until fragrant then add 4 tbsp of gochujang paste. 3. Then, mix your gochujang / butter/ garlic together. Let it cook for a few minutes then add 1 cup of heavy cream. Whisk it all together. 4. Bring your sauce to a simmer then season with salt, pepper, garlic/ onion powder, paprika, chili flakes and parsley. Then, add 1/2 cup more of heavy cream. 5. After, add your cheeses. I did 1 cup of cheddar, 1 cup of mozzarella and 1/2 a cup of parm. Mix it well. 6. Then, add your cooked pasta and a dash of pasta water. Add pasta water as needed until creamy. 7. Creamy Boursin Cheese Pasta with Tomatoes 🍅 I made this with radiatori pasta! RECIPE ⬇️ 1. First, cook 1/2lb of pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water. 2. Then, add 2 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add 1 pint of cherry tomatoes. 3. Sprinkle the tomatoes with salt and pepper and let them cook for a few minutes until they become tender. Squish them (be careful here the juice doesn’t get on you) 4. Next, add 3 cloves of minced garlic. Mix together and let the garlic cook for a few minutes. Then, add 1 cup of heavy cream. 5. Mix well then season with salt, pepper, garlic/ onion powder and a little paprika. Add your Boursin cheese and mix well. 6. Bring your sauce to a simmer then add your cooked pasta, a dash of pasta water, 1/2 cup of Parmesan and a handful of fresh basil. 7. Pink Sauce Mac & Cheese!! RECIPE ⬇️ 1. Cook 1/2 lb pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before straining. 2. Add 4 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. When melted, add 3 cloves of minced garlic and cook until fragrant. 4. Next, add 3 tbsp of tomato paste & mix. Cook until it turns a dark red then add 1 cup of your favorite tomato sauce. 5. Once simmering, add 1.5 cups of heavy cream. Mix and bring to a simmer.Season with salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder. 7. Add 1 cup cheddar, 3/4 cup mozzarella and 1/2 cup parmesan with a handful of fresh basil. 8. Pastina alla Vodka 😍 comfort in a bowl!! This was super easy to make & sooo delicious! RECIPE ⬇️ 1. First, add 3 tbsp of butter & a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. 2. Mince 3 cloves of garlic and add to the pan. When fragrant, add 4 tbsp of tomato paste and mix. 3. When the tomato paste darkens, add 1 shot of vodka. Cook for a few minutes to let the alcohol evaporate. 4. Then, add 1 cup of heavy cream. Mix & bring to a simmer. Season with salt, pepper & onion/ garlic powder. 5. Next, add 3 cups of chicken broth & bring to a simmer again. 6. After, add 8oz of dry pastina and mix. Let cook for 10-12 minutes until the pastina is fully cooked through. If it isn’t cooked- add more liquid to help it finish cooking. 7. Mix in 1tbsp of butter and 1/2 a cup of Parmesan. Serve topped with more parm, pepper and olive oil! Enjoy! #pastina #vodkasauce #fyp
This vodka sauce with chicken is pasta-tively amazing 🍝 RECIPE ⬇️ 1. First, cook 1/2lb of pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water. 2. Then, cut 1 large chicken breast (or two small ones) into bite sized pieces. Drizzle with olive oil then season with salt, pepper, garlic/ onion powder and paprika. 3. Toss in 2 tbsp of butter with a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Once it’s melted, add your seasoned chicken. Cook on all sides until fully cooked then remove it from the pan. 4. After, add 2 more tbsp of butter and 3 cloves of minced garlic. Cook the garlic until it’s fragrant then add 4 tbsp of tomato paste. 5. Mix the garlic/ tomato paste together and cook it for a few minutes until the tomato paste darkens. Then, add 1 shot of vodka. 6. Whisk this all together then add 1 cup of heavy cream. Mix well and bring your sauce to a simmer. Let the alcohol cook off for 7-10 minutes, stirring throughout. 7. Then, add another 3/4 cup of heavy cream and whisk well. Let this cook for another 5-10 minutes then add 1/2 cup of parm and a handful of fresh basil. Season with the same seasonings used on the chicken. 8. Toss in your cooked pasta, a dash of pasta water and your cooked chicken. Mix it all together and let it simmer for a few minutes. 9. Season two chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder, basil & paprika. 3. Then, add olive oil to a pan on medium heat then add your chicken. Cover and cook on both sides until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and add 6 tbsp of butter. 4. Next, add 3 cloves of minced garlic and cook for a few minutes until fragrant. Then add 1.5 cups of heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and season with the same prior seasonings. 5. Then add your cooked pasta, 2 tbsp of softened, cream cheese, 1 cup of Parmesan & a dash of pasta water. Mix all together. Then, add 2 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive to a pan with 3 cloves of minced garlic. 3. Next, mix in 3 tbsp of tomato paste & 1/2 a cup of pumpkin purée. 4. After, mix and let cook until the mixture darkens slightly. 5. Then , add 1 shot of vodka and stir. Add 1 cup of heavy cream and mix to combine. 6. Cook for 5-7 minutes to let the vodka cook off.
