Trying the “viral” cottage cheese bread 🤷🏻♂️ . How to make it: Take 1 cup cottage cheese, 2x eggs, some garlic salt, Italian seasoning, salt and add to a blender. . Blend for 30 seconds (any longer and it gets too foamy) . Then add to a baking tray with parchment paper and bake at 375f (190 degrees Celsius) for 25 minutes or until done .
