I was feeding my buttons during my morning routine and noticed a little green egg on the ground, so lucky that I didn’t end up stepping on it and that I found it to begin with! I had no idea how long it’d been there for or if it was even fertile. I don’t do quail rescues too often, but when I do they are NEVER this bad. This poor little female button has a ton of swelling in one of her toes due to neglect.
