As a little Christmas gift from me to you. save the recipe below using the You can save a recipes from all over the web on this app. Beef and Ale Pie (without Ale) **Ingredients:** - 600g Irish beef (cut into 2.5 cm cubes) - 3 tsp paprika - 5 tbsp flour - 60g butter - 1 tbsp tomato puree - 50ml balsamic vinegar - 3 coarsely chopped onions - 500ml beef stock - 2 bay leaves - 4 sprigs thyme - 1 large sliced leek - 4 large sliced carrots - Black pepper & sea salt - Puff pastry roll (frozen) **Preparation Steps:** 1. Season beef with black pepper and paprika; mix in flour. 2. Heat butter and tomato puree in a frying pan, brown the beef, and sauté onions for 2 min. 3. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar, add bay leaves and thyme, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally. 4. Add leeks and carrots; simmer for 1 more hour. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Divide into 3 glass meal prep containers, top with pastry, and bake according to instructions. 2023 vs 2025 £20 meal prep.
