it’s wildflower season in Washington State! but these balsamroot blooms won’t last much longer. I suggest getting up into the mountains this week if you want to see them 🌼 ⚠️ if you visit, please STAY ON THE TRAIL and don’t pick the wildflowers. I saw so many people trampling & sitting on the flowers, and I think it’s because they don’t understand that it takes these plants years to grow & mature. We need to protect them if we want to enjoy their beautiful blooms every year. I was able to catch all these videos plus a bunch of beautiful photos without going off trail once.
