It was way too hot to cook so I made an Italian style Ciabatta Sandwich: Ingredients: • Ciabatta • Olive oil • Pesto • Tomato • Salt • Black pepper • Salami • Prosciutto • Mozzarella • Rocket • Balsamic glaze • Basil ⸻ Method: 1. Slice your ciabatta in half. 2. Drizzle some olive oil on the bottom half and spread over a generous layer of pesto. 3. Slice tomato and layer it on. 4. Season with salt and black pepper. 5. Tear up fresh mozzarella and add it generously. 6. Layer with salami and prosciutto. 7. Add a handful of rocket. 8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. 9. Top with fresh basil leaves. 10. Close the sandwich, slice in half, and enjoy! #dadlife #food
