Brain Masala Recipe 🧠🔥 Prep the Brain: • Soak the brain in warm water to help remove the outer membrane. • Marinate it with: • Salt • Turmeric • Ginger-garlic paste Prepare the Masala: 1. In a pan, sauté chopped onions until golden. 2. Add chopped tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and green chillies. 3. Season with: • Salt • Red chilli powder • Kashmiri chilli powder • Turmeric • Coriander powder 4. Add a splash of water and cook for 10–15 minutes till the masala is thick and oil starts to separate. Cook the Brain: • Wash the marinated brain once more and gently add it to the masala. • Cook on low heat until tender and well coated with the spices. To Finish: • Garnish with fresh green chillies and chopped coriander. • Serve hot with roti! I DID IT 🙌 Almost 12 years in the UAE and I’ve always loved hummus bil lahme (aka hummus with meat). I literally order it almost every week.
