It is super filling and so delicious 🫶 Ingredients 4oz carbe diem pasta 203g 99% lean ground turkey 60g red onion 113g sweet peppers 65g carrots 230g shredded lettuce 50g Greek yogurt Boil the pasta and let it cool, cook the turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and parsley. After it cooks for a bit splash white wine vinegar and let it finish cooking. Chop all of your vegetables and mix everything together and that’s it! Super easy and delicious🥗

Replying to @AjLifts All you need is red potatoes, avocado oil spray and corn starch! First chop your potatoes (I love my little gadget) and then put them in an ice bath for 30 minutes. After that dry them for 10-15 so most of the moisture is out, put fries in a bowl and spray with the avocado oil and add about a tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix well and put in the air fryer. Half way through shake them and spray them again and finish until golden brown!
