moving your body because you love it is a whole new ball game. I spent so many years working out to burn off everything I ate and it was miserable. I was miserable. I was exhausted. moving my body was a chore. it was a tool I used to burn calories. BUT IT ISN’T ANYMORE! Falling in love with running wasn’t something I ever expected. For so long, I told myself it wasn’t for me, thinking I had to look a certain way to belong.
