The difference in my movement is insane! I clearly remember struggling to lift my leg fast enough to hit that clap underneath my knee on beat! I was still early in recovery, but this is such a great reminder to be patient with ourselves and trust the process. Also, we need to quit finishing our accomplishments ya’ll!!! This was a year ago today…and it IS crazy to think about how much my life HAS changed thanks to lipedema removal surgery! 😭🙏🏻 I will continue to hope LOUDLY that everyone who needs the surgery, the pneumatic pump, the compression garments, the MLD, etc…can get medical coverage for it one day!
