I then had the second two draws done at an independent lab because I knew the first two were on the "higher" end and I was anxious waiting for that first ultrasound! Vlog from right after our first ultrasound sound. We had just officially found out we were pregnant with twins and I was reflecting on our jouney and everything we thought was true about our fertility or lack there of. Basically we were told my Hashimotos was a likely route cause (along with age/genetics) of an incredibly low AMH which may make it very difficult to ever concive again even with the help of IVF. My recent Antral Folicular Count ultrasound had shown I only had 4 eggs that month (normal for my age is around 13-18 eggs) so the thought of possibly ovulating 2 eggs just 2 cycles later is WILD and tuely a miracle!!!!! For anyone going through infertility, I see you and my heart goes out to you!
