My @Karmalite rotation; 1. LPG Endermologie 2-3x a week 2. BTL Emsculpt 2x a week 3. Exilis - once a week for each area Did this for 3 months then took a 2 month break alongside a strict high protein, no gluten & dairy diet (also due to my Crohn’s but don’t cut gluten or dairy if you don’t need to), just focus on having protein with every meal, being in a calorie deficit and TONS of water ✨ I’m a lazy girl, I reckon if I worked out as well it would help but honestly I’m sooooo happy with the results and I’m going to do another month of sessions before my wedding to snatch everything😏 في مركز Karmalite في صويفية 🇯🇴
