All you need is your favorite chamomile tea, your milk of choice, cinnamon stick, and honey l used: 12 oz of Almond milk 1 cinnamon stick 1 tsp of honey Warm it up on low Once it starts to boil I throw in two chamomile tea bags for about 4/5 min then take the tea bags and cinnamon stick out, use my frother to mix and serve with some cinnamon powder on top and enjoy !!@Intimissimi

Super easy & healthy treat! if you love Somoa girl scout cookies you’ll love these INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Slice the Granny Smith apples, yielding 5-6 slices from each apple. 2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded coconut, almond butter and maple syrup in a bowl. 3. Use a spoon to place the coconut almond butter mixture on to the apple slices and place in the freezer to set. (Optional) 4. Melt chocolate chips in a bowl in intervals of 30 second, stirring between each interval. 5. Drizzle the chocolate and flakey sea salt onto the set somoa apples.
