I‘ve been dreaming about these salmon cream cheese bagels the whole week 🥯💭 Recipe for 8 bagels: • 20g of fresh yeast or 7g dry yeast • 320ml water (room temperature) • 1 tbsp of sugar • 500g of wheat flour/bread flour • 2 tsp of salt • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil Toppings: • milk • any seeds you like, I made my own bagel seasoning here Filling: • cream cheese • smoked salmon • cucumber • red onion • fresh dill • salt and pepper • lemon juice 1. Mix yeast, water and sugar until the yeast and sugar dissolves and let sit for about 5 minutes. 2. Add flour, salt, oil and knead for about 10 minutes. 3. Transfer to a bowl. Cover with a dry towel and let the dough rise for about 45 minutes until doubled in size. 4. Divide dough into 8 pieces and form balls. Cover with a towel and let the balls rest for about 10 minutes. 5. Make a whole in the middle of every ball to form bagels. Cover with a towel and let them rest for another 10 minutes. 6. In a large pot bring water with 2 tbsp of sugar to a boil. 7. Cook the bagels on each side for 60 seconds. 8. Place all bagels on a baking pan covered with baking paper. 9. Spread the milk on each bagel. 10. Top with anything you like. 11. Bake for 20 minutes at 220C degrees. RECIPE BELOW 👇🏽 🫐BLUEBERRY OAT BARS 🫐 I genuinely have no words 😶 This recipe is simply amazing ✅ 5 ingredients ✅ Vegan ✅ No baking involved ✅ So SO easy to make Enjoy 🫐 DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️1/3 cup maple syrup ▪️2 tbsp coconut oil ▪️1/3 cup peanut butter ▪️1 cup oats ▪️1 cup oat flour ▪️1 cup blueberries ▪️1/4 cup water METHOD ▪️Grease or line a loaf tin ▪️Over medium heat, add the blueberries and water to the pan. ▪️Bring to boil on medium high and then turn down heat to medium low to allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes. Stir every few minutes and slightly mash the berries. ▪️In a bowl mix all the remaining ingredients together. The mixture should hold together. If too dry slowly add more peanut butter. If too wet, add more oat flour slowly. ▪️Reserve about a 1/4 cup of the mixture (for the topping) ▪️Pour the remaining mixture into a loaf tin and use your fingers to really press it together. ▪️Pour over the blueberry mixture, spread evenly. ▪️Crumble on the remaining oat mixture ▪️Refrigerate until set #blueberries #oatbars #healthyrecipes #vegan #EasyRecipes #Recipe #healthysnacks

Street Corn Pasta Salad that keeps well in the fridge all week! 🌽 Recipe - Ingredients: - 16 oz small pasta shape, of choice - 3 Tbsp oil (high heat oil works best!) - 30-32oz can of corn, drained well - 3 cloves garlic, minced - 0.5-1 jalapeño, seeds removed, minced (depending on your desired spice level) - 0.5 cup cilantro, minced - 0.5 cup green onions, chopped (& more for topping) - 1/3 cup cotija cheese (& more for topping) - 0.5 cup Greek yogurt - 0.5 cup mayonnaise - 4 oz can chipotle peppers in adobo - 0.25 cup lime juice - Salt & pepper, to taste Directions: 1. Heavily salt a big pot of water. Boil & cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain & set aside to let pasta cool 2. For the corn: Heat high heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add drained corn to the pan, salt & pepper to taste, and sauté for at least 7 minutes (or until corn is charred) // turn heat down to medium-low, add garlic, cook for another 3 minutes // remove from heat & let cool 3. For the dressing: in a blender, place Greek yogurt, mayo, chipotle peppers (with adobo sauce), lime juice, 1 tsp salt & pepper // blend until smooth (taste for any added salt & pepper if needed) 4. In a large bowl, add cooked pasta, charred corn, minced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, chopped green onion, & crumbled cotija cheese. Pour sauce over the top & toss to combine 5. Add your favorite protein of choice, top with extra cheese & green onions OR just eat it straight from the bowl!
