how to ACTUALLY start calisthenics 🤠✨🍓🤸🏽 okay besties let’s break it downnn… 1. TRAIN YOUR CORE - most cali exercises are gonna require a strong core so make sure you’re not skipping those ab workoutssss!! 2. DEADHANGS - do some deadhangs (literally just hanging from the bar) so you can get familiar with the bar & work on your grip strength too!! 3. PUSH STRENGTH - to increase push strength focus on push ups & tricep dips + especially shoulder strength for handstands (shoulder press & lateral raises are ur best friend) 4.
