spicy italian grinder wraps using @egglife egg white wraps 🌶️🌯 you will need 👇🏻 2 roasted garlic & herb egglife egg white wraps 2 slices provolone cheese 2 slices prosciutto 4 thin slices salami 4 thin slices pepperoni 2 thin slices ham ¼ head iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced ¼ red onion, thinly sliced 1–2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar Salt and pepper, to taste Pinch of dried oregano 1 teaspoon Calabrian chili peppers In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced iceberg lettuce, red onion, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Calabrian chili peppers, salt, and pepper. Toss to create the salad. Lay a slice of provolone cheese on each egglife wrap, letting it hang slightly past the edge for easier wrapping. Add salami, pepperoni, ham and prosciutto to each wrap. perfect cast iron ribeye 🥩🧈🧂🔥 all you need is - thick cut steak (ribeye or strip steak) - steak seasoning (gibsons or black & tan) - extra virgin olive oil, to coat the steak - 1-2 tablespoons beef tallow 1. Pat steaks dry, coat in oil and generously season with steak seasoning. Pat seasoning into the steak 2. Heat up a cast iron on medium heat and melt 1-2 tablespoons beef tallow 3. Start by searing the fat cap for 2-3 minutes or until a crust forms 4. Sear one side of the steak with a meat press on top for 4-5 minutes 5. Add more tallow if needed, flip and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes or until the steak reaches an internal temp of 110°-115° 6. Turn the heat up to high and flip continuously to create a deep brown crust until steak reaches desired temp (about 130° for medium) 7. #ad lemon caper pan sauce using @Made In Cookware #ad #paidpartnership if you guys want to check out these stainless steel pans - click the link in my bio and use code JACKIEHARTLAUB 10% off orders over $100! recipe below ⬇️ 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded thin) 1 tsp oil ½ tsp garlic salt ½ tsp paprika ½ tbsp butter + 1 tbsp butter (for sauce) ½ tbsp oil 1 lemon, halved + juice from 1 lemon ¼ cup capers ¾ cup chicken broth Pound 2 chicken breasts thin, rub with oil, and season with garlic salt + paprika. Sear in about ½ tbsp butter + ½ tbsp oil in a 12 inch made-in stainless steel pan, 5-7 mins per side, rotating occasionally. Remove. Place lemon halves cut-side down in the pan anywhere there are brown bits to avoid burning. Add 1 tbsp butter + ¼ cup capers, cook for 30 sec on low heat. Pour in ¾ cup chicken broth, scrape up those browned bits , and squeeze in lemon juice.
