Assembling the Onefinity Pro Journeyman CNC machine, now available from @toolstoday item no. OF-PSJ. Assembly was super quick and easy and this is just one of the many configurations possible with this machine. We will be showing two of the other configurations in the next videos so be on the lookout for those, I can't wait to show you what this machine can do!

Cutting leather on the CNC machine using the Donek D4 Drag knife on the Stepcraft Gen 3 D.840 CNC machine, all available on our website!  The drag knife cut the leather perfectly leaving nice clean cuts, I love watching it work! Flattening material on the CNC is easy, this is how I do it. The cherry board is surfaced with the Amana Tool RC-2265 3 wing insert caride flattening bit, held down with the Black Box Storm vacuum on the Stepcraft M.1000 CNC machine, all available on our website! **Would you guys like to see a full length video that goes into more detail about how everything is setup?

Unboxing, tuning up and making the first cuts on the Jet 8" helical head jointer! Setup was quick, all adjustments are easy to make and it holds the adjustments very well. The helical head cuts buttery smooth as well! This is a dream jointer for me and am really looking forward to showing it cut some crazy figured wood! Don't have a jointer? This is a great way to get perfect edges for a glue up. I used some scrap pieces of wood held to the two boards with X-Fasten double sided tape and cut along the edge of both boards at the same time on the SawStop ICS table saw using an Amana Tool 610301 30T Glue-Line Ripping blade, all available on our website. This provided a perfect edge with no seam ready for glue up!

This is one of my favorite features on this CNC machine! Adding the rolling folding cart to the quick change wasteboard (QCW) on the Onefinity Pro Journeyman CNC machine, all now available from @toolstoday.
