If there’s one mantra that describes my life, it’s “one step at a time.” Brick by brick, day by day, prayer by prayer…God has been so good and has continued to remind me that things are going to happen when they’re meant to, and I just needed to focus on taking the next step. The BEST advice I received as a new Mom: Self-care isn’t selfish. 🤍 Come with me for a Mommy Maintenance Monday - I scheduled a few maintenance appointments to hit back to back. Pilates has been such a life-giver this year. After each session I feel more and more in-tune with myself, and the journey has been so fulfilling. Pilates has become a form of therapy that I cherish each week. Since having Aveena, the routine Botox appointments have worked wonders for my frown lines, and seeing the improvements in this appointment was so fascinating. Postpartum hair loss and natural thinning of my hair from my PCOS has always been an insecurity of mine, and the regular extensions move-ups has made my extensions journey so much more manageable and has minimized damage to my natural hair.
