With Valentines Day coming soon. A lot of these can come off as innocent because they are but it’s getting to a point where the information is everywhere, the internet is free to research these kind of questions you may have before considering dating a trans person in general. Although a lot of us speak proudly about our transition at the end of the day it is still not our job to educate if we don’t want to. I’m so grateful I found a partner who researched on her own every question she had because she did not expect me to me her 1 on 1 coach especially as we were just getting to know one another. This message is for my pre t transmen and nonbinary community! Testosterone was what kick started the hair growth for me but these things can still help hair growth without HRT because everyone has hair follicles on their face. Typically female facial hairs are more suppressed because of the dominant hormone called estrogen. I am so sorry. I’m sorry for my dry lips and ugly cry I try to be so strong but I am only human. I know it’s not my job to fix everything but I still feel bad. Last night I had an amazing opportunity to speak up against Trump and his transgender policies. All my life I’ve been the type to stay quiet and let things be but over the years I’ve grown a voice and now I’m realizing just how powerful a voice can be. Being misunderstood is one of the most frustrating things especially when it starts affecting your everyday life. I want to be here. If you were to ask me 10 years ago why I workout so much I’d tell you because I enjoy it, I like taking care of my body and although those things still apply. If you were to ask me today why I workout so much I’d say because it may save my life one day. Hate crimes are high ESPECIALLY for the lgbtq.
