Met deze oefening richt je vooral op de rectus femoris en vastus medialis (de binnenkant van je quadriceps) In deze video laat ik een paar puntjes zien die bij mensen nog wel eens fout kunnen gaan. ✅ Om een zo groot mogelijke beweging te kunnen maken en een maximale stretch uit de quadriceps te kunnen halen is het belangrijk om de ROM-hendel ver genoeg te zetten. ✅ Houd je vast!
